Designed for youth in grades three through eight, the goal of Y4Life, Jr. is to help youth recognize their inherent value in Christ and equip them to be Gospel-motivated voices 4 Life. Resources with the Y4Life, Jr. logo will equip elementary and middle school youth to locate their identity in Christ, embrace the life-affirming gifts God provides through church and family, and begin engaging in healthy discussions about life issues.
Dish and Discuss
Dish and Discuss is designed to engage youth and their families in conversations about life-issues. Use this resources to start life-affirming discussions around the dinner table, in the classroom, on road trips, or any time you want to start a meaningful conversation with your pre-teen! Life Notes 4 Church
Life Notes 4 Church are designed for pre-confirmation note taking in church. As youth participate in the Divine Service, they are invited to listen for life issues mentioned in the Old Testament, Epistle, and Gospel readings and discover how God addresses those issues and upholds life. Calling all 5th through 8th graders! Our annual Christmas card design contest is back, and we need YOUR help. We are looking for new Christmas card designs based around the theme “Advent: Joy, Love, Hope, Peace.” Designs may be hand-drawn or digitally created and should fit the size guide attached to the entry form found below. Entries should be original in content, not copied from the internet or AI. All entries should be submitted digitally. If you’re creating your design by hand, make sure it can be uploaded and sent.
